Ordering Tickets
BemroseBooth manufacture tickets for key OEM's that include Metric,
Schlumberger, Blick/Alfia, Cale BriParc, PES, Ascom, Zeag, APT, Skidata,
Designa and Universal Parking.
Checklist & Information Required prior to ordering your tickets:
· Your Account Number (existing customers, if known)
· Purchase Order Number
· Item Number/Ticket Type (code of the item you wish
to purchase, if known)
· Order Quantity
· Ticket Price Quoted
· Invoice & Delivery Address
· Contact Name & Telephone

How to place an order for the first time
Order Process when placing an order for the
first time - No Advertising
Once an Official Order along with your Artwork is received, our Origination
Department will transfer your artwork onto one of our ticket templates.
This will then be sent to you for approval.
Once we have acknowledged your approval, we will obtain a press date
from our Planning Department. You will then be sent an Order Acknowledgement
with a copy of the approved design for your tickets. The acknowledgement
will provide you with a week ending date of approximately 3-4 weeks
time.
Order Process when placing an order for the first time - With Advertising
Once an Official Order along with your Artwork is received, our Origination
Department will transfer your artwork onto one of our ticket templates.
This will then be sent to you for your approval.
Once we have received your approval we will obtain a press date from
our Planning Department. You will then be sent an Order Acknowledgement
with a copy of the approved design for the face of your tickets. The
acknowledgement will provide you with a week ending delivery date
of approximately 8 weeks time.
Approximately 2 weeks prior to your acknowledged delivery date you
will receive another proof for the reverse of your tickets. This will
show the advertisers artwork, which requires your approval of the
content.
How to place a repeat order
Order Process for Repeat Orders - No Advertising
Once an Official Order has been received we will obtain a press
date from our Planning Department. You will then be sent an Order
Acknowledgement with a copy of the approved design of your tickets.
The acknowledgement will provide you with a week ending date of approximately
3-4 weeks time.
Order Process for Repeat Orders - With Advertising
Once an Official Order is received we will obtain a press date
from our Planning Department. You will then be sent an Order Acknowledgement
with a copy of the approved design for the face of your tickets. The
acknowledgement will provide you with a week ending delivery date

Estimated delivery times
Emergency Stock Tickets will take approximately
3-4 working days; please talk to us about commercial terms and special
delivery requirements.
Specially Printed Tickets with No Advertising will take approximately
3-4 weeks.
Specially Printed Tickets with Advertising will take approximately
8 weeks.
Tracking your order
Customers can view the delivery status of their orders by using the
BemroseBooth Extranet "Order Tracking" service at Order Tracking
To use this facility you will need your Account Number and your Postcode
