Catalogue printing

Catalogue printing, directory, brochure and book printing, color-leaflet and educational printing are specialities of BemroseBooth's Information Products division.

Our product range includes mail order catalogue printing for major retailers, educational prospectuses, periodic railway publications, spare part catalogues for major automotive distributors and retail catalogues and directories. The range of A4, A5 and A6 catalogues can be printed on paper as light as 28 gsm or weighty as 120gsm, perfect or notch bound, with a binding spine of up to 60mm in width.

We provide a total bulk print service solution - from origination and repro through to the management of production, storage, mailing out and fulfilment of the project, either progressively or the complete volume.

We can receive customer's data for catalogue printing in most media formats. We can work with a wide range of information, and mathematical and foreign language publications. Digital printing plays an increasingly significant role in our operation and DTP-produced files from Mac or PC, and translation of complex database files, can be handled with ease.

Our pre-press options are extensive, with in-house reprographic and proofing facilities enabling tight control over product quality. Specialising in single, two, or multicolour printing, A4 or A5, multi-page, medium to large volume runs, the company's technically advanced press room means a range of the latest sheet and web printing machines are available.

Over recent years, our commercial printing capabilities have advanced significantly. Currently 17 different machines, both sheet-fed and web, enable customers to reproduce variable data unique documents or short run publications direct from computer files.

Advanced finishing technology encompasses fully automated binding lines (25 and 18 section) for mail order catalogue printing as well as selected finishing and packing for specialist printed items, like exam papers and highly confidential documentation.
