Our digital printing capabilities have advanced significantly. Currently seventeen different machines, both sheet-fed and web, enable customers to reproduce variable data unique documents, or short run publications, direct from computer files.

Customers' data can be received in most media formats, and as befits a color leaflet printing company, we work with a wide range of information, mathematical and foreign language publications. We are happy with DTP-produced files from Mac or PC. Translation of even complex database files can be accomplished with ease.

With the support of a significant rolling capital investment programme, and an impressive press room of machinery, we have developed a service to meet every print need, from color leaflet printing to book, catalogue and brochure printing demands.

Our plant falls into four broad categories: Heatset web printing is used for one and two colour bookwork. Web printing manages up to ten colours for multi colour publications, forms and security backgrounds, including A4, A5 and A6 books.

We have sheet-fed printers for five colours, plus UV and IR coating for colour sections, covers and the like, and sheet-fed two colour printing for relatively small commercial printing orders, like booklets, and color leaflets.

Color-leaflet printing is usually assigned to the litho print department where we have Litho Sheet-fed printing using Heidelberg presses, Litho Web Offset Timson T32 Two colour Press, Litho Web Offset Muller A68 Ten colour press, and Litho Web Offset Muller Grapha Four colour Press.

Digital Printing: Oce Pagestream 440 Reel fed Laser printers, Xerox 4635 Sheet fed laser printers, Checktronic 4000 laser printers. Showroom and product catalogues, business directories and in fact many full-color printing orders are produced here.

Web Offset presses: The Web Offset presses are very efficient on products with large paginations, in excess of 200 pages. Production is in 64 page sections, which suits print runs over 5,000 copies. Large order catalogue printing, directory and educational printing projects are looked after in this department.

The advanced finishing technology for our color leaflet printing services, and the whole of our extensive range, encompasses fully automated binding lines (25 and 18 section) for mail order catalogues, and even parts catalogues for major automotive distributors. The technology is vital too for selected finishing and packing, and for specialist items such as exam papers and highly confidential documentation.
