Cale Access Exhibition Success Story Parkex, London - Great Britain Cale Access' subsidiary Cale BriParc Ltd exhibited at Parkex in London on October 1st -2nd. This year, the British Parking Association was also hosting the EPA. Cale BriParc showed a new solution for the surveillance not just of the parking equipment, but also of the surrounding area.
A CCTV solution was exhibited with a camera connected to a central server, recording events at the Cale machine. The dome shaped CCTV camera is bolted on to the rear of the machine. However, as well as this exposed camera, a time lapse hidden camera is also located inside of the machine fascia, which operates when the help intercom is pressed.
Since CCTV is well established in the UK, this is an interesting new solution, showing the potential for the future.
