NCP has redesigned the uniform for its off street staff and is upgrading the look and style of all of its car park signage as part of its strategy to build a customer facing organisation.
The new uniform achieves a much softer and more customer friendly image and replaces the well known black, militaristic looking uniform which has been the familiar face of NCP for many years in its off street car parks.
The new uniform is already in place in NCP’s London and Worthing car parks and will be rolled out across the country in the coming months.
Another major element to the re branding exercise is the ongoing project to install new modern looking and customer friendly signage in the car parks.
Commenting on the new look, Bill Mclean, NCP’s Operations Director said “NCP is undergoing a wholesale change process throughout the business. New uniforms, signage and the introduction of a customer service centre in Birmingham are all part of this change
