Standard Parking Corporation, one of the nation's leading providers of parking management services, announced today that it has been awarded contracts to provide parking management services at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, George Mason University and Boston University.
Under its contract to manage the public parking facilities at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Standard Parking will collect parking revenue, provide various maintenance services and conduct marketing activities to promote airport parking. The airport's parking capacity is comprised of approximately 12,000 parking spaces contained in multiple garages and surface lots.
George Mason University selected Standard Parking to provide a wide range of parking-related services, including responsibility for issuing parking permits, parking meter and parking policy enforcement, as well as management of two parking garages. With three campuses in the Washington, D.C. area and close to 30,000 students, GMU is rapidly emerging as a major national educational institution.
Boston University also recently chose Standard Parking as its vendor of choice to operate its three garages and surface lots, some of which are used for parking purposes during Boston Red Sox games. One of the garages also serves the school's recently opened Agganis Arena, which hosts basketball and hockey games, concerts and other special events throughout the year. "With our new relationship with Boston University, Standard Parking now provides parking management services for three of the most prestigious universities in the Northeast - Boston University, MIT and Harvard Medical School," noted Mark LeDonne, Senior Vice President for Standard Parking.
