Elliot Nemerson has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Modern Access Systems.
Modern Access Systems, a Canada-based company, focuses on access control and a complete line of parking and revenue control equipment. Nemerson, who is located in Escondido, CA, previously worked at Federal APD, Apex Communications, SoCal Parking and California Self Park Systems.
