The Committee of European Parking Experts, an active EPA working group, have organised a mini-seminar on the experiences and actual technical standpoints of paying for parking by mobile phone (cellular phone – GSM – Handy).
In this Seminar it will not be the industry talking about the technical possibilities and the quality of their products, but representatives of various European cities that have actually adopted the system and are working with it for some time will report on the actual operation, including the pre-operational phase.
