Alfia have added two new options to their range of Vision & Easipark Systems
Alfia's Vision Pay & Display systems are now available with the new Aquarius wireless paging system, an innovative enhancement to pay & display that allows the operator to monitor their car parking operation from a remote location, the machine alerts the operator when it requires attention via a paging system (for example when it require tickets or the cashbox is nearly full).
Alfia's highly successful Easipark pay-on-foot system now has the option of a mobile intercom solution, which enables the operator of a car park intercom system to transfer all the functions of their Intercom master station to a mobile operator carrying a DECT alarm phone.
In operation a full duplex speech path is opened between the mobile operator and the customer enabling mobile verbal assistance. The mobile operator can even raise the barrier from the handset.
If another call request is made whilst the operator is on the line, the operator will be alerted of a call request waiting. The handset can store 12 messages so no call request messages should be missed. If a call is not answered it will remain active and the message will be sent to the handset again, after a predetermined time scale.
The handset will also carry out all functions of a standard landline telephone.
The Blick DECT Alarm handset also has an inbuilt staff protection feature by way of a Red security button, which allows pre-set messages to be sent to other handset users. It can also request from the operator a self-acknowledgment to confirm safety. The times of the action can be programmed.
