SRA's Vice Chairman, David Quarmby, supported by TfL's Managing Director for London Rail, Ian Brown, and TfL's Director London Rail Development, Peter Field, appeared before the Greater London Assembly Transport Committee on 23rd October 2003 to update them on co-operation between the SRA and TfL to develop London's rail network.
David Quarmby presented the attached formal presentation. The Committee asked for a further update on the development of joint schemes for London in six months' time and an update on the re-activation of the Rail Partnership Agreement in London. TfL is funding the budget of £12.5m per annum, requesting the SRA to match the funding.
