She’s back and although she has been dating the handsome Mark Darcy for a whole six weeks, Bridget’s ever-present self-doubt is still driving her to the edge of reason.
With locations and scenes set all over the city, the sequel to the first Bridget Jones movie is instantly familiar to Londoners. Why not revisit the movie in real life by spending some time on romantic Primrose Hill as shown in the opening scenes? Or the Serpentine pond where Hugh Grant’s and Colin Firth’s characters slug it out?
You could also make a pilgrimage to Bridget’s holiest of shrines - Debenhams and why not buy something while you’re there?
The Tube will take you to most of the movie’s locations on a zone 1-3 Travelcard or you could buy a Weekend Travelcard and save 25 per cent on the price of two day’s Tube travel.
London Underground in conjunction with FilmLondon and VisitLondon has produced a map used in the movie to help you find the real life scenes of Bridget’s anxiety. To download a copy, visit our website at www.tfl.gov.uk
