Johnson Controls, a leading global operator in this industry has a significant market share of the business in Asia. The category itself is growing rapidly and the estimated total sales of contactless smart card readers for Access Control in Asia is in excess of A$50,000,000.
The VFJ product, specifically designed to meet Johnson Controls requirements for this market has been tested and approved by their USA headquarters, which provides the opportunity for sales expansion in regions in addition to Asia. VFJ Access Control readers are already in use in installations in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and India and is the market leader in the provision of CSC tollway automatic fare collection systems in China.
