The Oftel PASS logo displayed on a price comparison website tells consumers that the site offers high quality, independent price comparison information so that they can shop around with confidence.

The http://www.uSwitch.com website compares prices of fixed residential services. It has met strict criteria to gain the Oftel PASS. Some of the key features of the website include:

• Price comparisons from over 20 different telephone companies;
• Frequent checks and updates of prices and comparisons;
• A search for price comparisons based on your postcode; and
• A dedicated customer service phone line, and a free phone number that consumers can contact for more information, assistance and advice.

The service is also completely free.
