TNT and Pierre-Michel Mendy/Groupe Lapegue have signed an agreement for the sale of the activities of Transports Pierre Mendy and Mendy Ltd, part of the activities of TNT's French subsidiary TNT Logistics Holdings SAS.

This transaction completes the sale of the TNT Logistics France business unit.

In December 2005, Norbert Dentressangle acquired the majority of TNT Logistics France , including the businesses of Aixor, Cemga, Copal, and Nord Mendy.

In January 2006, TNT and Malherbe concluded the deal for the sale of Logistiques Ladoux and completed the sale of the remaining activities of Logistiques Nicolas .

Neither the French Express business unit of TNT nor its French Freight Management business are involved or impacted by these deals.
