Mobile Diskonchip To Be Featured At 3GSM World Congress 2002

M-Systems (Nasdaq: FLSH) will be participating as an exhibitor at the largest global event for GSM wireless and service provider industries, 3GSM World Congress 2002.
On display will be M-Systems' newest flash-based data storage product targeted at the mobile handset market, Mobile DiskOnChip.
Since its introduction in October 2001, Mobile DiskOnChip, the world's smallest 16MB single-chip flash disk, has gained interest and acceptance within the industry. Less than half the size and delivering 10 times the performance of competing flash products, Mobile DiskOnChip combines high capacity with high performance to enable high-end mobile phone applications.
Key members of M-Systems will also be available by appointment to discuss innovations in flash disk technology for the mobile market.
