Standard Register And Harrisdata Announce Strategic Marketing Alliance To Provide Secure Document Delivery

DAYTON, Ohio, May 3, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Standard Register (NYSE:SR), a leader in document output management, e-forms and workflow solutions, has announced a strategic marketing alliance with HarrisData, a premier supplier of business application software for the IBM(R) e-server iSeries and AS/400(R). Through this agreement, Standard Register's document-printing tools and security features will provide HarrisData customers improved print quality and advanced document security while reducing costs. Standard Register customers will benefit with the option to integrate HarrisData automation software into their business applications.

This solution can also impact many business documents, including bar code/optical character recognition for various shipping or manufacturing labels/forms. These turnkey offerings are part of the Standard Register PowerPak(R) solution that also includes a flexible, user-administered tool for creating custom-designed documents, such as checks, purchase orders, W-2 statements and invoices.
