Operating revenues from this acquisition alone with increases to 21 power units are expected to be approximately $3.3 million annually with an EBITA of $450k.

More recently, Richard L. Windorski, President and CEO of OrderPro Logistics has been in talks with Great Plains Transportations' customer base to expand its relationship and third party logistics (3PL) services.

"The largest customer of Great Plains provides us with the potential to begin providing 3PL services, which has the potential to increase our revenues by $4 million. We expect to finalize all negotiations in the first quarter of 2003," states Mr. Windorski.

Mr. Windorski recently returned from TransMex/USA's headquarters to complete final due diligence for the acquisition of the company. TransMex/USA has annual revenues of approximately $2 million and provides OrderPro Logistics with immediate entry into the strategic NAFTA segment handling shipments originating in Mexico. TransMex/USA also has trucking authority to operate in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio, serving a blue chip client list including major international ocean container shipping companies.

In addition, the company has begun due diligence on two new acquisition candidates, both in the Midwest region. These candidates represent a combined revenue base of $12 million. In addition to TransMex/USA, the company is currently conducting due diligence on a total of four acquisition candidates, all based in the Midwest region, which offer good growth and traffic lane balance potential within the geographic areas of both Great Plains Transportation and TransMex/USA. These companies currently total approximately $15.7 million in annual revenues.
