Through the use of email communications, LMS sends email newsletters and other promotional targeted email messages to each customer in the database.

LMS develops several campaigns and sign-ups in order to extract consumer’s email information. They then email out specific, targeted communication to these consumers. LMS administers several different campaigns that include demographically and geographically targeted informational messages, promotional announcements, birthday greetings, and email newsletters to the client’s database. LMS sends these messages as to look like it has been delivered from the client.

LMS stresses both an informational element as well as a promotional element in each message that is sent. By stressing both an informational and promotional message in each e-newsletter, consumers are more likely to open, read and interact with each email they receive from the business. “It is an element of trust between the consumer and the business,” says Dave Banko, President of LMS. “We stress that the messages needs to be informative and useful to the customer for them to keep reading the messages month after month. If it fails to do this, the customers will unsubscribe from the database making it less valuable to business owners.”

LMS has been utilizing this strategy for both local and regional accounts. “Our main targets have been in the retail and travel sectors, but more recently we have expanded our services to a number of different clients including automobile dealerships and event marketers,” says Banko. “We have developed strategies that can compliment many different clients depending on their marketing goals and needs”.
