(THL) and Knowledge Support Systems Limited (KSS) announce the signing of a Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement under which THL will conduct sales, delivery and support of KSS’ dynamic pricing solutions within the Indian sub-continent. In so doing, both companies aim to gain significant and sustainable improvements in their positions in the region.
Under the VAR agreement, KSS - one of the world's leading companies in the area of Dynamic Pricing Systems, will benefit from the increased local reach and skilled resources of THL, India’s leading control systems and instrumentation company. THL will benefit from KSS’ immense expertise and 10+ years experience in pricing by leveraging it to increase its’ solution offering to the booming petroleum and convenience retail industry in India.
The alliance will be managed by a team of key executives from THL and KSS. They will be supported by a number of specific business networks of personnel drawn from both organisations.
