Flash Foods of Waycross, Georgia, USA, has announced the expansion of its Rewards in a Flash customer loyalty programme, with help from Pinnacle Corporation. Flash Foods is to add three new features to the existing programme (based on Pinnacle's Loyalink platform), to provide new payment options for programme members based on the existing loyalty card. New options include: LoyalDebit (which allows customers to enrol their loyalty card as a payment card and use it for future payments in-store); LoyalPass (which allows members to register their loyalty card for use at prepaid fuel dispensers, for post payment); and LoyalPay (effectively a prepayment option that allows members to add, store, and use funds on their loyalty card). Members use a single loyalty card for all programme features.
