Loyalty expert receives lifetime achievement award

Frost & Sullivan has announced that investment firm Scottrade's marketing executive Chris X. Moloney is to be the recipient of a 2007 Lifetime Achievement Award for Marketing Research and Competitive Intelligence. Over the past 15 years, Moloney has been a pioneer in the field of marketing research, specifically in the areas of customer loyalty, customer advocacy marketing and drivers of consumer behaviour. Moloney's research background comes from financial services and brokerage, and he has also conducted much research in the retail, hospitality and entertainment industries. Among his achievements that merit such a prestigious award are the Moloney Magnetic Advocacy Model (a multi-year, cross-industry analysis of the impact of advocacy and referral various customers), the Moloney Motivation Matrix (a detailed analysis of different loyalty and advocacy motivators by customer segment and value), and the Integrated Marketing Advocacy Program (or 'IMAP' - a proactive customer advocacy and referral methodology).
