Belgian biometric identification software company Keyware Technologies has signed a E1.4 million contract with the union of Big & Young Families.
Under terms of the contract, Keyware will develop software & delivery of new smart cards for members of the union.
In a similar deal, Keyware Technologies has signed a E1.4million contract with the Flemish Family League, under which Keyware will replace the League’s loyalty cards with smart cards in Q2 of 2002.
Keyware will also provide the league with maintenance services and infrastructure. The smart cards will allow league members to receive discounts in a number of stores in Flanders and Brussels.
