In terms of the new agreement, DHL will provide global transportation solutions for QuikDrop, including US express, deferred and ground delivery, and international services for all shipments that require transportation direct to consumers from QuikDrop retail stores as well as to and from QuikDrop locations.
“DHL is the first major US transportation carrier to be offered an exclusive arrangement with a domestic and international eBay drop-off store franchise,” said Randy Clark, executive VP of Sales for DHL. “Both pioneers in their field, DHL and QuikDrop will work together to tap the unlimited potential of the multi-billion dollar online auction industry, and provide a full service solution to customers that, until now, was not available anywhere else.”
QuikDrop recently announced the expansion of 22 stores in Kentucky, Eastern Tennessee and the Cincinnati area, and are aggressively expanding in the US and worldwide.
