DMA’s first ever Word of Mouth Marketing Conference explores how to make word of mouth marketing happen the dm way

WOMM2006 is the UK’s first and only direct marketing focused Word of Mouth Marketing Conference and includes keynote speakers such as Don Peppers, Founding Partner of Peppers & Rogers Group, Siân Davies, Chief Executive of the Henley Centre and Rory Sutherland, Vice-Chairman and Creative Director at OgilvyOne worldwide.

With 90% of people believing in Word of Mouth (WOM), compared to 14% for advertising, the power of this channel of communication can not be ignored. WOM can make or break a brand.
