Jerry Fountain, President for Verizon Wireless Carolinas and Tennessee region, presented OneTone Telecom the Lowest Customer Churn Award for the 2002 region at its annual Summit meeting located at the South-eastern Headquarters for Verizon Wireless in Greenville, South Carolina.
OneTone Telecom, which has locations spanning three states, activates over 10,000 customers annually as an exclusive authorized retailer for Verizon Wireless. Travis Crane, Chairman & CEO for OneTone Telecom, stated “This prestigious award represents the quality of customer care instilled in our company employees which prevents customers from leaving Verizon Wireless and selecting another cellular carrier.”
