Vodafone K.K. announced that on July 1, 2004 it will introduce Vodafone Happy Time 2, a service that lets Vodafone K.K. customers enjoy 30 minutes of free call time after the first 5 minutes when calling other Vodafone K.K. customers on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
With the introduction of Vodafone Happy Time 2, the original Vodafone Happy Time service introduced in October 2003 will come to a close at the end of June 2004.
Details of Vodafone Happy Time 2 are as follows.
1. Description
Vodafone Happy Time 2 lets Vodafone K.K. customers enjoy 30 minutes of free call time after the first 5 minutes when calling other Vodafone K.K. customers during Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
*Call rates for the first 5 minutes and duration after 35 minutes will be applied according to the customer's price plan.
2. Eligibility
Vodafone Happy Time 2 will be automatically applied to all Vodafone K.K. mobile handset customers.
*Not applicable to Vodafone Prepaid Service and Pj (prepaid handsets sold mainly in the Tokai region) handset customers.
*Not applicable to 3G service videotelephony calls.
3. Date of Introduction
July 1, 2004 (to be applied from Saturday, July 3)
