This new standard allows for a communications network to be installed where there was little or no service before, at a cost that is eight times less than existing wireless systems using traditional cellular tower equipment. In addition, this proprietary standard, Time Shared Full Duplex (TFSD), is compatible with all major existing standards in existence today, such as the CDMA protocol invented by Qualcomm, GSM, the major standard in Europe, TDMA used by AT&T Wireless, as well as the much heralded 3G network.

The company plans to market its technology as a way for wireless carrier companies to increase their market share, while saving a significant amount of money on equipment costs.
