Specialist and secure print services company, Bemrose Group Limited has changed its name to BemroseBooth Limited, as part of its on-going development plans.

All operating companies within the Group, which included Derby-based Bemrose, together with Hull-based Henry Booth and ESP Booth in Teesside, will trade under the BemroseBooth name, within nine business divisions.
Commenting on the company's re-branding, chief executive Graham Bennington, said:
"The new brand identity will enable the company to present a single, clear image, focused on delivering quality products to niche-marketplaces and targeted customers."
In the company's first full year trading as a management buy-out for period ending 30 June 2001, BemroseBooth has achieved an operating profit of £4.7m on a turnover of £58.8m
"This represents a satisfactory financial performance in our first trading year of the new company. Support from customers, suppliers and employees has been excellent and good progress has been made on contract renewal, sales development and operational effectiveness," added Graham Bennington.
A number of key new management appointments have been made to support the company's future growth. These appointments are:
Andy Blundell, who joins the Board as Business Development Director, heading up a major new focus on business development throughout the company.
Ian Ferguson, who becomes Director of the Secure Mail division.
Glenn Moxon, Operations Director at the Hull site.
Headquartered in Derby, BemroseBooth will continue to differentiate itself on quality, service, technological advancement and innovation, by working closely with its clients to enhance existing operations and provide new solutions where appropriate.
