Case Study - Littlewoods
When Littlewoods wanted to maximise the potential of its Reward Scheme
for its catalogue shopping business, it looked to BemroseBooth Secure
Mail to create a campaign.The solution was to develop and issue vouchers
to a significant value, printed on multiple A4 sheets and accompanied
by an A3 personalised letter as part of a matched mailing.
The mailing involved complex data processing that included the calculation
of the number and denomination of every voucher issued to each customer,
with each voucher having its own unique number (included in the barcode).
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functionality was added to ensure
that the letters and vouchers were correctly matched.
