Secure Mail have invested in the latest high speed, high specification
inserting equipment.
We can operate from reels or sheets of personalised stationery.
We have a mix of 4, 6, 8 and 10 station inserters and we can fill
C6, DL, C5, C4, 220mm2 and long, thin wallet formats.
The heart of the operation is the investment in machine intelligence.
We can operate in station document matching using Optical Character
Recognition (OCR) Bar Code Recognition (BCR) and Optical Mark Recognition
(OMR).
We have AIMs systems operating under OMR control for multiple set
collation, selective insertion and Mailsort management.
Additionally we can selectively insert on a number of our machines.
The top specification is for us to match on 3 stations and selectively
insert out of 5 stations up to C4 envelope size.
Document integrity module for the in line management of 100% reconciled
mailings, including automatic remake logs and date/time stamping.
