Secure Mail provides a service where we can incorporate a fully APACS
approved, MICR numbered cheque payment document as part of a mailing
pack. This process allows for the same digital print engine to personalise
the variable text and data and the E13B magnetic cheque code line
at the same time. This ensures the highest level of data matching
integrity.
Documents can be attached to the prime letter stationery or split
apart as part of the finishing process allowing for nesting of the
two personalised items at the folding stage or subsequent machine
matching with additional selective inserts if required.

Billing & Transactional Mailing Services
Transactional mailings require a high level
of reconciliation and the service requirement is normally on a regular
input basis.
Where a production action can take place on a daily, weekly or even
monthly basis for invoice and statement runs the data may well be
transferred overnight to be processed through a bespoke customer designed
Secure Mail data system. Production processing is normally done within
agreed fixed time scales against a formal service level agreement
reviewed on a regular basis, packs can require personalised single
or multi-sheets A4 flat or folded to A5. All sheets matched using
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Bar Code Recognition (BCR) and
Optical Mark recognition (OMR) depending on the individual pack requirements
additional inserts if required can be selectively added to the packs.
Gift and Incentive Voucher Mailing

these vouchers into a mailing pack is a logical extension, as the
security and integrity of the process can be ensured under one roof
within our overall insurance cover. We can incorporate individual
vouchers in singles or multi volumes of the same or different financial

We also bespoke print vouchers attached to personalised letters whilst
still incorporating all the required security features, with the additional
ability to personalise and barcode variable financial values.

Loyalty and Coupon Mailing Schemes
We provide a service for the provision of personalised barcode branded
coupons attached or matched with an addressed prime document. Single
or multi sheets are normally selectively enclosed with additional
sales leaflets and may include a magazine.

Building Societies and other financial service providers by statute
are required to publish to predetermined time scales, performance
and financial compliance information and send this direct to their
customers by mail.
