How To Place an
Order
Orders can be placed by either fax or post.
BemroseBooth will deliver your tickets as quickly as possible, however
to enable you to plan your order please allow 3 days for stock tickets,
3-4 weeks for thermal and event tickets and 4-5 weeks for season tickets
all from proof approval. At the time of placing your order you will
be given a contact name, if at any time you wish to establish the
current status of your order, please contact that person.
Ticket Designs
Due to the wide range of ticket types supplied and the differing OEM's
currently in the market place you need to contact us to ascertain
the design specification. Ticket design is free format; please remember
the OEM specification when designing the reverse of the ticket. The
size, positioning and "quiet" zones relating to sensor marks
are required to ensure the printer works correctly. If you are unsure
as to these requirements please don't hesitate to contact us and we
will be only too pleased to assist you. BemroseBooth offer a comprehensive
design service with a team of designers skilled in the art of visual
representation on any Ticket.
Our in house creative design team have the rare ability to combine
when required the desired level of security protection features within
the documents while delivering the normally tight creative concept.
We have made significant investment in custom-made security design
modules, hosted on our Apple Macintosh design and reprographic equipment.
Within our pre-press facility we have the ability to take a project
from concept to completion. Using our Barco Graphics repro systems
we can produce a variety of proofs to suit our customers needs.
We have an Account Management Team who is both accountable and responsible
for any work undertaken on behalf of our clients. This team has the
technical expertise and account management skills required in managing
critical ticketing projects, both in the UK and worldwide. The team
has significant language and export documentation skills and manages
the ongoing
requirements as agreed with our clients. In addition to the technical
specifications of the projects, the team will determine and issue
procedures in accordance with our BS EN ISO 9002 Quality System, to
take into account the following:
Working instructions
Non-compliance issues
Remakes
Problem solving and escalation
We anticipate a constructive and participative approach to the Account
Management function. It is our intention to be an extension of the
client's marketing, purchasing and despatch function, adding creative
and practical value to the relationship.
